- All private tours are  subject to availability,

- Abooking is considered confirmed after the online payment is successfully processed and you receive a confirmation email with your tour voucher,

- Our tours are fully private and operated using a confortable, air-conditioned sedan car suitable for up to 3 - 4 passengers.

2. Cancellation and Refund Policy

We understand that travel plans can change. We offer a flexible cancellation policy to give you peace of mind:

- Free cancellation: You can cancel your tour up to 24 hours before the schenduled departure time for a 100%full refund,

- Late cancellation: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour start time, or no-shows, are non-refundable,

                                    : To request a cancellation, please reply to your confirmation email or contact us directly via whatsapp/phone.

3. Changes and Flexibility:

- as this is a private sedan tour, the itinarary can be customized to your rythm,

- If you need to change the tour date, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. We will do our best to reschedule free of charge, depending of our availability.

4. Exclusions and recomandations:

- Our tour price includes transport in a private sedan, fuellparking fees, and an English-speaking licensedguide/driver,

- Not included: Entrance tickets to attractions( e.g. Bran Castle, Peles Castle, Bear Sanctuary, ), meals and drinks.

IMPORTANT NOTE:

For the main tourit attractions ( Bran Castle, Peles Castle, Bear Sanctuary) entrance is strictly subject to time slots. We higly recommend booking early so we can secure your morning tickets.

5. Force Majeure:

In the rare eventof extremeweather conditions, unexpected closure of castles( official state events), or road blocks, we reservethe right to alter the itinerary or offer an alternative date/full refund.

Our service is entirely private, using a confortable, well-maitained, air-conditioned sedan car, perfect for individuals, couples, or small families ( up to 3 - 4 passengers).

Airport Transfer Terms&Conditions

1. Booking and Flight Tracking

- All transfer must be booked in advance throught our website or via official contact channels,

- Flight Monitoring: We monitor your flights status in real - time. If your flight is dalayed, your driver will adjust the pickup time automatically at no extra charge.

2. Meeting point and Waiting Time

- Bucharest Airport ( OTP ): Your private driver will wait for you inside the Arrivals Terminal, holding a sign with your name on it.

- Brasov Airport ( GHV ): Your driver will meet you directly outside the main exit or at the designated pickup area.

- Complimentary Waiting Time: We provided up to 60 minutes of free waiting time after your flight lands, allowing you plenty of time for passport control and luggage retrieval. For hotel pickups, complimentary waiting time is 15 minutes.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy: 

- Free cancallation: You can cancel your transfer up to 24 hour before the scheduled pickup time for a 100% full refund.

- Late cancellation: Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the transfer, or no-shows, are strictly non-refundable.

4. Pricing and Luggage:

- Our rates are fixed and all-inclusive. The price includes fuel, road tools, parking fees at the airport, and insurance.

- As the transfer is operated with a standard sedan car, the luggage capacity is typically limited to 4 medium suitcases and 2 medium bags, or 3 large suitcases or 6 medium bags. If you have oversized luggage ( ex. ski equipment, bicycles ), please contact us before booking.

5. Passenger Safety and Confort

Your safety is our top priority. All transfers are operated by professional, experienced , and English - speaking driver.

If you are traveling with infants or young children, please let us know in advance so we can provide a complimentary child car seat.
